To keep your experience smooth, stylish, and stress-free, here are a few things to know before booking:
💰 Fees, Travel & Tipping:
Travel outside a 60-mile radius from O’Fallon, IL may incur a mileage-based fee.
Gratuity is never required but always appreciated. You’re welcome to include it in your quote or offer it day-of.
Final pricing reflects more than bartending hours — it includes prep, breakdown, curated service, and premium presentation.
⏰ Overtime:
If your event runs late, we’re happy to stay —please note $50/hour overtime gratuity applies.
📦 Setup & Unloading:
We arrive 60–90 minutes before service to set up. Please ensure we have access to parking and a clear path to the event space — we bring quite a bit with us to create a full setup!
If there are stairs, long walks, or limited access, a small convenience fee may be added.

🧾 Quote Accuracy & Guest Count:
Quotes are based on the guest count you provide. If your event grows significantly or the scope changes, we may need to adjust your package to match. We’ll always keep you informed so there are no surprises.

Every client receives a custom syrup set and recipe chart as a complimentary gift — reserved for those who respect our time, labor and professionalism.
👥 Third-Party Payment:If someone else is paying (parent, planner, etc.), please introduce us ahead of time to avoid confusion at the event.

I was amazed at the time and effort Kelsie put in to making a unique drink menu for us. We did a pretasting night to be sure we were on the right track, she made 5 custom syrups to go with our drinks, her mango and watermelon were amazing! She also put together a list of all alcohols needed with estimated costs. And she came a day early to set up the bar so she would have everything where it was needed. So in short, her prep time was substantial. I was very impressed!
